The Penventon Park Hotel will provide the meals for the conference with the exception of the Monday night buffet which will take place underground at Carnglaze Caverns.  These meals will all require pre-booking to get the benefit of the special prices being offered by the hotel and delegates will receive a ticket for each meal.

Lunches will be served at the Redruth School in the main conference lecture hall.  The current proposal is to provide the following (all times are provisional):

Friday 3rd April

  • Evening hot buffet of Cornish pasty at the Hotel.  Service planned to start at about 19:30.

Saturday 4th April

  • Breakfast buffet at the Hotel between 07:00 and 08:45

  • Tea and coffee served in the lecture hall in the morning break

  • Cold buffet lunch served in the lecture hall between 12:30 and 13:15

  • Tea and coffee served in the lecture hall in the afternoon break

  • Formal conference dinner at the Hotel from 19:30

Sunday 5th April

  • Breakfast buffet at the Hotel between 07:00 and 08:45

  • Tea and coffee served in the lecture hall in the morning break

  • Cold buffet lunch served in the lecture hall between 12:30 and 13:15

  • Tea and coffee served in the lecture hall in the afternoon break

  • Evening hot buffet at the Hotel.  Service planned to start at about 19:30.

Monday 5th April

  • Breakfast buffet at the Hotel between 07:00 and 08:45

  • Evening hot buffet at Carnglaze Caverns.  Coaches to leave Redruth at about 18:00.  Service planned to start at about 19:30.

When the conference moves to Morwellham Quay and the Tamar Valley, there will be no special arrangments for catering but the site does have a licensed pub and tea rooms.
