The campsite is the rugby field at the Rugby Club where the conference is being held: NGR SH 78536 61926, What3Words: dodging.spellings.dictation, Lat/lon: 53.1406004955, -3.8172968312.  This is within very short walking distance of the venue.  Toilets and showers are available in the Club House.  There will be no hook-ups.  Camping must be booked and paid for (per person) before the conference and you will find the camping options on the booking form.  You must display your personal camping ticket on your tent or motorhome.  Camping will be accessible from Thursday morning onwards.  The only restriction is that camping is not allowed on the actual rugby pitches.
